At TT Nails & Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. However, refunds for services are not provided once they have been completed.
Payment and departure from the premises indicate your acceptance of our services and policies.
If you have concerns, please address them with your technician during the service or notify management before leaving.
All issues must be raised prior to leaving the salon, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
